Book a course with top vegetarian chef, David Tomlinson who will teach you how to prepare delicious meat-free creations to restaurant quality. Once owner of the highly-esteemed Tomlins Vegetarian Restaurant (voted best restaurant in Cardiff in the ‘Harden’s London and UK restaurant Guide 2002-2003’), David now provides hands-on cookery courses to people of all levels in a friendly, non-pressurised environment. Anything and everything from formal dinner menus, meze style lunches & dinners as well as a huge range of international cuisine can be covered. Choose from a morning session with lunch or an afternoon session with dinner.
Classes can be arranged to take place at Le Beau Fief, or at Tomlin’s Cookery School, depending on preference and number of people. On-site courses start from 190 euros for 1 participant or 290 euros for two. Please get in touch for alternatives.
